Ingredients
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup coriander leaves
4-5 green chilies
1 inch ginger
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 lemon
3 tablespoons thick curd
Instructions
Thai green curry paste
Blend all the ingredients except curd to a smooth paste.
Add curd and mix well.
Note:
You can store the paste for upto 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
This chutney can be served with paneer tikka, broccoli tikka, gobi tikka, cutlets or any starters.
