Mint chutney|Green chutney for starters

Prep time: 2 mins Cooking time: 5 mins Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves

  • 4-5 green chilies

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 3 tablespoons thick curd

 

Instructions

Thai green curry paste

  1. Blend all the ingredients except curd to a smooth paste.

  2. Add curd and mix well.

Note:

  • You can store the paste for upto 4-5 days in the refrigerator.

  • This chutney can be served with paneer tikka, broccoli tikka, gobi tikka, cutlets or any starters.
