Broccoli Tikka Recipe

Prep time: 10 mins Cooking time: 20-25 mins Serving: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets slightly blanched

  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour

  • 3/4 cup curd

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala

  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

  • Oil to drizzle

  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add curd, chickpea flour.

  2. Add all the masala powders and salt. Mix well to form a thick marinade

  3. Add the slightly blanched broccoli florets and coat the marinade on all sides.

  4. Refrigerate for 30 mins.

  5. Arrange the marinated florets onto a skewer and place them on a baking sheet with tray. (you can keep them without the skewers too).

  6. Drizzle oil on top of the florets. Grill them in the pre-heated oven at 200 degree celsius for 20 mins or until they're brown.

  7. Serve with mint chutney / green chutney.

Note:
