Ingredients
3/4 cup warm milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons dry yeast
2 cups plain flour
2 tablespoons milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon milk (for brushing)
Instructions
Take warm milk, add 1tbsp sugar and 2tsp dry yeast and mix. (Milk should be just warm not hot or the yeast won't activate).
Let it sit for 10 mins to activate the yeast.

Add 2 cups flour in a bowl, 2tbsp milk powder and 1tsp salt and mix well.
Add the activated yeast mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
Transfer the mixture on to a surface and start kneading. Add 2tbsp butter and knead to a sticky dough.
Keep kneading for 12-15 mins add 2 more tbsp butter in between and knead to a soft dough. Tuck the dough and place it in a greased bowl, apply some butter on top and let it rest for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, dough will be doubled. Punch the dough and knead for 2-3 mins. Cut the dough into 9 equal parts. Form smooth balls of every portion and place them on a oven tray.
Brush milk on top of the balls and let them rest for 20 mins. It doubles in size.
Place the tray in a Preheated oven and bake at 200 degree Celsius for 20 minutes, or until the pav turns golden brown from top.
