Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Ripened Avocado (for 2 servings)

  • 3 tablespoon Cacao/Cocoa powder

  • 4 tablespoon honey/sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Note:

  • You can add honey/sugar/stevia as a sweetener.

  • Avocado taste will be stronger if it's not ripe enough.
