Ingredients
For Thai Green Curry Paste
1 onion
4-5 green chilies (depending on the hotness)
1 inch ginger
3-4 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh coriander
2 stalk of lemon grass
1 teaspoon peppercorns (preferably white peppercorns)
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions
Thai green curry paste
Blend all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
Note: You can store the paste for upto 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
