Beans Thalipeeth

Ingredients
1/2 cup Jowar flour
1/2 cup bajra flour
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon flaxseeds (optional)
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup finely chopped beans (optional)
1/2 cup water to make dough
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients.
Add 1/2 cup water and form a sticky dough.
Take a portion of the dough and form a ball.
On a cold tava place the dough ball and pat with your fingers gently to make a flat thalipeeth, make a small hole in the middle and turn on the flame. (check the video below)
You can also use a muslin cloth or butter paper and transfer the flattened dough onto the hot tava. (be careful not to burn the cloth/paper and your hand)
Cover with a lid and let it cook for 3 mins.
Flip and let it cook on the other side for 2-3 mins or until it has golden brown spots.
Serve with ghee/butter.
