Ingredients
1.5 cups moong sprouts (sprouted green gram)
1.2 teaspoon cumin
4-5 garlic cloves chopped
1 medium onion finely shopped
1 tomato finely chopped
1/2 capsicum chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon curd
1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin, chopped onions and garlic and fry until onion is brown.
Add cumin powder, chili powder and coriander powder and fry for another 2mins.
Add chopped tomato and salt and saute. Let the tomato cook until it soaks up all the water and becomes dry.
Now add some water to adjust consistency and let it simmer for 2mins.
Add chopped capsicum (optional) and fry for 3-4mins.
Put 1tbsp curd and give it a good mix.
Now add the sprouts and mix gently. Turn off the flame. (Do not cook the sprouts as cooking them kills the nutrients).
Serve with any Indian bread of your choice!
