Ingredients
3 cups green gram soaked over night or at least for 6 hours
3 green chilies
2 inches ginger
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 cup water to grind
Salt to taste
Instructions
Drain water and put all the soaked green gram into the blender.
Add ginger, chilies and cumin and blend.
Add 1/2 cup water to make a smooth batter.
Blend until it's smooth and has dosa batter consistency
Take out the batter to a vessel and add salt and mix.
Heat dosa tava, pour a ladle of the batter on tava and spread it like dosa.
Drizzle oil and wait until the bottom side is brown.
Flip and wait until it's golden brown.
Serve with chopped onion and coconut chutney!
