Green Salad with Avocado dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot

  • 1/2 bellpepper/capsicum

  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber

  • 1/2 cup broccoli blanched in boiling water for 2-3mins

  • 1 small tomato

  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate

  • 1/4 cup avocado

  • 1 cup lettuce

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (add more if you like it spicy)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Avocado dressing

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic or garlic granules

 

Instructions

Making Salad

  1. Cut All the above vegetables.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic.

  3. Add carrot and fry for a minute and then add capiscum and fry for a minute.

  4. Add the blanched broccoli and stir for 2mins.

  5. Add oregano chili flakes and salt and toss.

  6. Take off from the heat to a salad bowl and add cut tomato, pomegranate and lettuce.

  7. Add avocado dressing and mix.

Preparation






Cut All the above vegetables.
