Fried Chilies for Chaat

Ingredients

  • 5 Green chilies

  • 2 tablespoon oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Instructions

  1. Split open the green chili in the middle and deseed them to make them less spicy.

  2. Heat oil and deep fry the green chilies until the skin turns slightly brown.

  3. Take out and add salt and mix.

  4. Serve with any chaat
