Ingredients
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup rice flour
Note: You will need Idiyappam maker for this recipe

Instructions
In a pan add 1cup water, salt and oil. Let it boil.
Add 1cup rice flour, turn off the flame and mix thoroughly .
Close with a lid for 5mins.
Grease an idli plate. (you can also use any vessel which can be kept in s steamer or cooker to steam the idiyappam)
Now take the idiyappam maker and fill it with cooked rice flour mix.
Start making long circular hopper or loops in the idli plate.
Seam for 10mins or until they don't stick to your finger when you touch them.
Serve hot with Kadala curry / Avial.
