Achaari Broccoli & Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon fennel seeds/saunf
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
Salt to taste
Instructions
Blanch the broccoli and cauliflower florets until they're slightly tender.
Heat mustard oil in a pan and add cumin and fennel seeds/saunf.
Once they start spluttering, add the florets.
Add coriander powder, chili powder and turmeric.
Mix and let the florets start getting charred around the edges.
Add salt and mix.
Serve when it's still hot.
