Ingredients
2 cups black rice soaked overnight
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
1.5 cups water
Oil to drizzle
Instructions
Soak Black rice for 6-8 hours minimum.
Drain the soaked rice and put it in the blender.
Add salt and grated fresh coconut and 1/2 cup water and blend to a smooth batter.
Add 1 cup water. The consistency of the batter should be little thinner than the normal Dosa batter.
Heat tava and pour a ladle of the batter and spread to make a round dosa.
Drizzle oil and close a lid on the tava so the dosa doesn't turn out dry on one side.
Take off the lid after 2-3 mins and flip to the other side.
Let it cook for 2-3 mins.
Serve with ghee and chutney.
