Avocado Pesto Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Avocado

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 10 garlic cloves

  • 1 tablesppon pine nuts (you can skip this if it's not available)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt to taste

 

Instructions

  1. Put fresh basil leaves, garlic into a blender and churn.

  2. Then add avocado and pine nuts and salt and blend until its smooth.

  3. Add olive oil and give a quick mix.

  4. You can use this sauce for Pesto Pasta or try the Pesto Omelette.
