Avocado Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs (Makes 3 omelettes)

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 small onion finely chopped

  • 1/2 avocado

 

Instructions


  1. Take half avocado, add chili flakes, pepper, salt and mash the avocado.

  2. Add eggs and mix, add chopped onion and mix.

  3. Pour a ladle of the mixture on tava and flip once the base is cooked.

  4. Ready to eat!
