Ingredients
2 whole eggs (Makes 3 omelettes)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 small onion finely chopped
1/2 avocado
Instructions
Take half avocado, add chili flakes, pepper, salt and mash the avocado.
Add eggs and mix, add chopped onion and mix.
Pour a ladle of the mixture on tava and flip once the base is cooked.
Ready to eat!
