Ingredients
1 large tomato
1 medium onion
1 inch ginger
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
5-6 garlic cloves
half inch cinnamon
1 tablespoon groundnuts
4-5 dried red chilies
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon curd
1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
Roughly chop onion and tomato.
Heat oil in a pan, add groundnuts and fry for 2 mins and add coriander seeds and dry red chilies, fry for a minute.
Add ginger, garlic and onion. Saute until onion turns translucent.
Add chopped tomato, add salt and cook until tomato is mushy.
Wait until its cooled and blend it to a smooth paste and pour it back to the pan.
Add little water and bring it to boil and add 1 tablespoon curd and cook for another 2 mins.
It can be served with Pulao or Biryani.
